Policy! 1.Nail Physiology Nail moisture, natural nail structure, hormonal changes, medications, and health conditions can affect product retention. These factors are biological and not considered technician error. 2. Technician Disclaimer If the technician informs you about possible short wear due to nail physiology, health factors, or lifestyle conditions, this information must be considered before the service is performed. 3. No Compensation for Physiology The technician does not provide refunds or compensation for short wear caused by: • nail moisture or oiliness, • thin, weak, or damaged nails, • hormonal conditions, • medical conditions, • medications, • stress-related changes, • lifestyle and aftercare behavior. Neither the salon nor the technician pays for factors that are outside of technical control. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only in cases of clear and documented technical error by the technician. Short wear due to physiology, aftercare, lifestyle, or medication is not a valid reason for a refund. 5. Service Consent If the client chooses to proceed with a service after being informed of possible short wear, all related complaints and refund requests are considered invalid. 6. Aftercare Responsibilities Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Guarantee does not apply if the client: • exposes hands to water, cleaning agents, or chemicals, • does not wear gloves during household chores, • visits saunas, pools, or hot tubs, • mechanically damages the nails (sports, lifting, etc.), • picks, pulls, peels, or bites the product. 7. Medication & Hormones Results may vary or be reduced when taking: • hormones, • antidepressants, • anticonvulsants, • antibiotics, • steroids, • thyroid medication, or during: • pregnancy, • postpartum recovery, • chronic illness, • hormonal imbalance. The technician is not responsible for reduced retention related to health or medication. 8. Allergies & Reactions The technician is not liable for individual allergic reactions. Clients must inform the technician of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. 9. Refusal of Service The technician may refuse service due to: • fungal infections, • open wounds or injuries, • contagious conditions, • unsafe requests, • disrespectful or aggressive behavior. This protects both parties. 10. Previous Work Corrections or fixes of work performed by another technician count as a new full service. No guarantee is provided on top of products applied elsewhere. 11. Re-Service Policy Re-services (if applicable) are considered only when: • the issue is clearly technical, • reported within 48 hours, • not caused by physiology, aftercare, or mechanical damage. 12. Cancellation & No-Show Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may require a deposit for future bookings. No-shows may require non-refundable deposits to rebook. 13. Late Arrival Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability. 14. Media Consent Clients agree that nail photos/videos may be used for portfolio and studio promotion without showing the face or personal identification. 15. 7-Day Warranty for Technical Issues A 7-day warranty applies to gel services in cases of clear technical lifting or chipping. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by: • mechanical impact (hitting, sports, work) • picking, peeling, or biting the product • exposure to water, cleaning agents, or chemicals • incorrect aftercare or neglect If a warranty case is confirmed, re-service is provided free of charge within 7 days. 16. Wear Duration Standard wear time is 2–3 weeks. Many clients experience 3–4+ weeks depending on nail physiology, lifestyle, and aftercare. Extended wear time is not guaranteed and varies individually.
